The role of an event coordinator in the CECoT entails a thorough knowledge of all the stages of planning in telehealth activities, an excellent customer approach and a basic knowledge of all the training modules provided to different categories of users, the technical platform and the equipment used in telehealth. At the end of this training, people assigned to the CECoT will be able to manage all user requests.

1. Introduction to the basics of videoconferencing
Introduction guide to the basics of videoconferencing and checklist. It presents the basic skills required to successfully carry out a videoconferencing session.
2. Procedure for making a videoconferencing (VC) request to the CECoT
Description of the steps involved in making a videoconferencing request to the Telehealth Expertise and Coordination Centre (CECoT). At the end of this module, the learner shall possess the skills and knowledge required to properly fill up the various booking request forms for videoconferencing (host site) and the videoconference registration form (participating site).
3. Electronic clinical request (or Web request)

5. Medical devices and their use
Improvement of one’s knowledge on the use of different videoconferencing devices. This primarily deals with the connection of medical devices to the videoconferencing equipment.
