This person, designated beforehand in each institution, should possess basic knowledge of telehealth to perform office work related to the booking of clinical telehealth activities in his site/institution. He may also be the person who hosts the patient “on site”. The training module for this category of users contains information on: a) specific tasks to be performed upon the reception of videoconferencing requests from his department/site/institution, b) tasks to be performed to confirm patients’ appointments according to the availability of specialists, the opening of clinical records, the transmission of required information to the patient and speaker, etc.
He should also handle the administrative follow-up of teleconsultations, including the routing of “electronic” clinical reports from the clinician and to the archives, etc. He works very closely with the clinical coordinator in theto organize virtual consultations schedules.
